1. How do I receive my purchase?
Immediately after checkout, you will receive an email with a unique download link. You can also download your files directly from the "Thank You" page once the payment is confirmed.
2. What file formats are included?
We provide industry-standard formats. Our Ebooks are typically in PDF format, and our templates are provided as Canva links, Excel sheets, or Adobe files, depending on the specific product description.
3. I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
First, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder. If it’s not there, email us at support@digishelf.in with your order number, and we will resend the link manually within a few hours.
4. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if there is a technical issue with your file, please contact us so we can fix it for you.
